Collective Action Against White Supremacy

Our role as part of a multiracial movement is to move toward collective liberation by undermining white support for white supremacy and dismantling it in ourselves, our communities, and our institutions.

We organize white people against white supremacy. We do this by following the leadership of Black, Indigenous, People of Color-led organizations, using direct action and education to end white support for the systems that keep us divided.

Accountability is a core value we practice by committing to support our BIPOC partners. We do that by taking action alongside them and by inviting feedback on our organizing efforts. 

Collective Action Against White Supremacy (CAAWS) is a program of Community Change, Inc., a Boston organization that has been engaging white people in racial justice work since 1968.
